Stakeholder Engagement

Identifying who an organisation's stakeholders are and using appropriate processes and tools to engage with them is an important part of many CR strategies. We have extensive experience of developing and implementing effective stakeholder engagement strategies across different sectors. We have helped clients with dialogues ranging over a wide variety of topics including the impacts of Climate Change on their businesses, organisational change and promoting diversity within the workplace, and improving the quality of their non-financial reporting. We are always mindful of the need to manage expectations on both sides and to focus on identifying solutions rather than simply providing a forum for claim and counter-claim.

We organise (including designing the format and recruiting participants) and facilitate dialogue ranging from one-to-one discussions to large group sessions involving a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders. Crucially, we then help clients to formulate credible action plans and advise on how best to communicate these outputs to participants.
